- Mr. Jawahar Vadivelu :
He holds a MBA degree from the Chicago Graduate School of Business and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management- Philippines. He is also a director on the board of Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corp (SPIC), South India Corporation (Agencies) Ltd (SICAL), Cameo Corporate Services Ltd and Trust1 Consulting Ltd. He has also served as director on the board of ONGC Ltd and on several of its sub-committees.
- Mr. R Balakrishnan :
He is an independent financial and business consultant, based at Chennai. He has over 30 years of experience in finance and financial services, including capital markets. His last formal employment was as CEO of First India Asset Management Private Limited (which was acquired in 2004 by the Sahara Group). He is currently on board of Sahara Asset Management Company Private Limited as a non-executive director. He has also served as Head of Equity Research at DSP Merrill Lynch and led the team with distinction and was well regarded by local and international investors. He has been an occasional writer in business publications and investors & media have frequently sought his views on the capital markets.
- Mr. R Ravi :
He is a graduate in Science, Master in Law and a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is the Managing Director of Cameo Corporate Services Ltd and on the board of Navia Markets Limited. He is the former President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi (ICSI). He represents ICSI on some of the committees of the Ministry of Company Affairs and SEBI.

- Mr. Glenn Roger Carr :
He is a postgraduate in commerce and has about 12 years of experience in the stock broking industry. Mr. Carr was instrumental in setting up the Internet trading platform for a large broking house in south India and has enormous experience in sales and marketing. He has also developed a successful marketing strategy for a leading broking house to market their products in India as well as overseas amongst the Non Resident Indian population. Mr. Carr heads is responsible for business development at Cameo Wealth Management.
- Mr. Aditya Ravikrishnan :
He holds a MBA from PSG Tech, and is the Fund Manager at Cameo Wealth Management. He is currently managing the Value Fund, The Infrastructure Fund and the Momentum Fund at Cameo Wealth Management. He was earlier heading the equity research team for a leading brokerage in South India where he was tracking the Technology, Cement and Automobile sectors.
